Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and your choices.

By the BonusWithoutDeposit editorial team · Last updated October 2026 · Online since 2006

This policy explains which personal data are processed when you visit BonusWithoutDeposit, for what purposes and on what legal basis, with whom they are shared and for how long, and the rights that the General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR") gives you. We keep the processing to a minimum: there are no accounts on this site, no marketing cookies, and no sale of personal data.

Who is responsible

The data controller is the publisher of BonusWithoutDeposit, who can be contacted for any question about this policy, or to exercise the rights described below, at bonuswithoutdeposit@atomicmail.io.

What data we process, and why

The first category is the analytics data, collected through Google Analytics (loaded by Google Tag Manager) only if you accept the analytics cookies: the pages viewed, the approximate location derived from the connection, the type of device and of browser, and the clicks on the links to operators (with the name of the operator, so that we know which offers interest our readers). Their purpose is to understand how the site is used and to improve it, and their legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any moment from our cookie page.

The second category is the technical data that the hosting provider records when the site is requested (the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser used), processed to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in its security (Article 6(1)(f)). The third is whatever you choose to write to us by e-mail, which we use only to answer you.

Who receives the data

The data are processed on our behalf by Google, for the analytics, and by Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site; both may transfer data to the United States, where they participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the mechanism recognised by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share them with the operators listed on our pages.

When you follow a link to an operator you leave our site, and from that moment the operator's own privacy policy and cookies apply, and the operator may record that you arrived from us, which is how affiliate commissions are calculated.

How long the data are kept

The analytics data are kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, the technical logs for the short period needed for the security of the site, and the e-mails for as long as the correspondence requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data that concern you, to have them corrected or erased, to restrict or object to their processing, to receive them in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any moment, without affecting the processing carried out before. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, of your place of work or of the alleged infringement.

Minors and changes

This site is intended for adults only, and we do not knowingly process data of minors. We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
